For every project there is a plan.
When bidding most projects, we include guaranteed completion dates and regular progress meetings with demonstrations. We call this our Standard Rate and it applies to the vast majority of Oregon Embedded's activity.

From time to time, however, opportunities arise that may better fit an alternative strategy.

Priority
A project with priority status assumes extended working days from start to finish. No time is reserved for weekends, holidays, or vacations until job completion. We've been known to complete a 40-hour project in less than three days. This is billed at a higher per-hour value than standard, but results come quickly which can sometimes save the day.

Discounted
The inverse of Priority, a discounted project is generally performed while no Standard or Priority jobs are otherwise scheduled. Though delivery dates are still guaranteed, the dates are intentionally relaxed so that the minimum pressure is applied. As an example, a job that may take only 2 months as a Standard plan will be scheduled for 4 to 6 months under a Discounted plan.

Humanitarian
When practical, we will work with qualified nonprofit agencies to develop innovative solutions that meet humanitarian needs.
